 This type of receiver plugs into the SDIO slot on Pocket-PC
PDAs. Many of the latest PDAs only have this type of socket, so we expect to see several GPS receivers in this form factor. At the moment, we only know of one company who makes one, Pharos,
as shown in this photo. We have one and it works pretty well. There is no external antenna jack, which is a problem for GPS2PDA since the reception inside a car can be sporadic. (One
option is to use a reradiator in your car. Click here for more info.)
Here is a link where you can buy the Pharos receiver. It still is a
little pricey, but the price should come down when other companies come out with a competing product.
